Family

Finding new ways of connecting with one another is a key aspect of family therapy.

Eating Disorders

Eating Disorders are known to be persistent patterns of dieting behavior that cause health problems, and emotional and social distress. Common types of Eating Disorders include, but are not limited to, Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, and Binge Eating Disorder.

Individual

Individual therapy is a safe and confidential place to share any and all concerns you may want to disclose about yourself.

Couples and Relationships

Couples benefit from therapy as relationships deal with sadness, anger, fear, loss of trust, feelings of betrayal and vulnerability. Each partner will benefit from therapy as they learn how to understand one another and improve how their relationship functions.

Teenagers

Pre-teens and Teenagers benefit greatly from therapy. Much like adults, pre-teens and teenagers need a safe place to express their emotions, that many times they do not understand.

Adolescent Eating Disorders

Eating Disorders are an illness that can occur at any age. I work with eating disorders from pre-teen into adulthood including AFRID, Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and Binge Eating Disorder.
